FROM ₹ 59,000 /- PER PERSON • TWIN-SHARE, FLIGHTS EXCLUDED

Do not just visit Vrindavan. Experience it, live it, understand it!

The names may have been with you since childhood—Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Barsana. Here, they become places you can walk through, traditions you can witness and stories you can carry home.

Join historian Chandru Ramesh, whose years of field research include mapping more than 200 historical and cultural sites associated with Krishna across Braj. Unlike normal tour guides, he is someone who has field experience in Vraj, on mapping several historical sites and artefacts related to Krishna and Vaishnavism in the land of Braj. Through temples, sacred kunds, archaeological discoveries and living traditions, explore how history and devotion come together—and what each reveals about this cherished land.

Make time for darshan, questions and quiet reflection. Experience Braj through its worship, music, vegetarian food and the people who keep its traditions alive.

Whether you come with lifelong devotion, a wish to reconnect your family with its roots, or curiosity about a new culture, discover connections that stay with you long after you return home.

THE SACRED GEOGRAPHY OF BRAJ

Braj is not one temple town.

THE LANDSCAPE: Braj's identity is distributed across ancient towns, sacred hills, water kunds, routes, temples, poetry, music and living communities.

Mathura Sacred Memory and Ancient City
SACRED MEMORY & ANCIENT CITY

Mathura

Begin with the Krishna Janmabhoomi tradition, Yamuna-linked urban memory, and Mathura's peerless artistic and archaeological record.

“How do the archaeological layers of Mathura connect sacred memory with material history?”
Vrindavan Bhakti and Temple Traditions
BHAKTI & TEMPLE TRADITIONS

Vrindavan

Encounter how devotional lineages (Six Goswamis, Haridas), poetry, music, red sandstone temples, and historic mohallas shaped a living sacred town.

“How did 16th-century Goswami scholarship reconstruct Vrindavan into a devotional epicenter?”
Govardhan and Kunds Landscape as Pilgrimage
LANDSCAPE AS PILGRIMAGE

Govardhan & Kunds

Understand the sacred hill, parikrama traditions, Kusum Sarovar, Radha Kund and Shyam Kund as deeply interconnected sacred geography and hydrological poetry.

“Why is landscape venerated as direct divine presence rather than just a physical backdrop?”
Historian Chandru Ramesh
YOUR HISTORIAN THROUGHOUT THE JOURNEY

See Braj as a connected civilisation, not a collection of temples.

Chandru Ramesh has spent years travelling, studying and mapping the sacred geography of Braj — its temples, kunds, pilgrimage routes, artefacts, texts and living traditions.

Throughout the journey, he connects what you see on the ground with Krishna tradition, history, archaeology, architecture and cultural memory — while clearly distinguishing tradition from historical interpretation.
